Southeastern NY Library Resources Council is one of nine Empire State Library Network (ESLN) organizations in New York State. They serve libraries in the eight-county area of Columbia, Greene, Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, Putnam and Rockland. Through the coordinating activities of Southeastern, this member network of hundreds of academic, hospital, institutional, school and public libraries, historical societies, archives and museums exists to share library resources and professional expertise for the betterment of the organizations’ patrons.

The Ramapo Catskill Library System (RCLS) is a non-profit, cooperative public library system chartered in 1959 by the New York State Board of Regents. RCLS working cooperatively with member libraries, provides coordinated services, guidance, training, support, and leadership to member library trustees and staff to sustain their effort to be responsive, proactive, vital community institutions that meet the changing needs of their users in Orange, Rockland, Sullivan and southern Ulster counties.

The Mid-Hudson Library System (MHLS) is a cooperative library system chartered by the New York Board of Regents dedicated to strengthening local library service while saving local tax dollars. Since 1959 MHLS has worked with its member libraries to support the infrastructure that enables partnership among 66 regional libraries in Dutchess, Orange, Columbia, Greene, Putnam and northern Ulster counties.

WLS is a membership organization comprised of the 38 independent public and association libraries within the geographic boundaries of Westchester County. WLS strives to help each member library support the specific needs and interests of its community, while also encouraging the development of partnerships that result in more effective and cost efficient library services throughout the County. To that end, WLS provides ongoing training and professional development for library directors, staff, and library trustees fostering best practices in library services, community engagement, and fiscal responsibility. Additionally, WLS offers robust, community centered outreach programs collaborating with libraries, community agencies and nonprofits to serve the County’s most vulnerable populations.

National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) occupies a unique role connecting organizations from across the country engaged with technology and broadband development issues. NDIA combines grassroots community engagement with technical knowledge, research, and coalition building to advocate on behalf of people working in their communities for digital equity.
